We at Baliwood have developed these Tilapia Tanks over the past 8 years,working with many fishery's and Universitys in the Philippines and the USA.This System is called a HYDRO VORTEX selfcontained tank10'x20'x3' and holds up to 2,700 fingerlings with a 90 to 120 day harvest time and a yield of approx 700 kilo's. The system features a flow thru Bio water filtration system for minimal water& electric usage,and a Uniwall constructed tank from concrete and steel earthquake safe .The system requires very little man power as it is self cleaning and self monotering ,owner only needs to feed 3 times a day and follow the system guide lines.This tank was built Jan. 2009 and stocked Jan. 24 with size 17 fingerlings and as of this date March 12 the fingerlings are already to size 10 and will be ready for harvest around the end of April or first od May at 3 fishes to 1 kilo, total growth time 90 to 120 days and will yield aprox.700 kilo's.

Last season the average farmer earned about $200. to $300. usd for a years work the fish tanks would help with their incomes by as much as $4.000.00 per year and with this they could feed their children give them clothes and send them to school.Most of the Churches and organizations their to help dont come to this area .
